The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, the Rt Hon Ed Miliband MP recently published a prominent article in The Times (27.04.09).
Following an enquiry from a member of the public, REF wrote an open letter (07.05.09) to Mr Miliband with regard to one of the figures used in that article, and published the text on the REF website.
Mr Miliband kindly responded (15.05.09), explaining how his Department calculated that figure, and asking that his letter be published alongside our original letter.
